Treatment

As might be expected, a correct diagnosis is established first and is most important. Computerized Tomographic office X Ray studies and a detained History and Examination are performed. These are combined along with years of hands on experience to correctly establish your diagnosis and plan of treatment

This plan of treatment would start with Splint and office Physical Therapy. Open interventions (Surgical Corrections) are not performed until these procedures are exhausted are not providing desired results. Most surgical interventions are arthroscopic, utilizing lasers for corrections. These are generally non incision procedures with quick recovery.
